Below are some common questions that we are asked concerning our wedding videography services. Hopefully the questions and answers below will help to answer your questions. If you have any further questions, we will be glad to assist if you.
Do you have any sample videos that I can see?
Yes, you can see samples from some of our recent weddings in the samples section. For completed wedding videos that we have produced, please contact us and we will be glad to send completed DVDs from weddings that we have produced to you in the mail.
Can I purchase additional copies of the wedding DVD?
Yes, each package comes with a set number of DVDs, but additional copies can be purchased for $15 each. For large quantities, we can offer discounts on our DVD duplication services.
When can I expect to receive my final DVDs?
Although production time varies by package, you can typically expect to receive your final DVDs within four to six weeks of your wedding date. We will contact you before your video is completely finished so that you will have time to submit your final payment by the time your video is ready to ship.
Do you use professional video cameras?
Yes. We use professional, 3CCD video cameras which provide excellent image quality and vivid images. We keep up-to-date with the latest technology in all our video equipment to provide the best quality picture in all of our video.
How many cameras do you use?
The number of cameras we use depends on the package that you select. While just one ceremony camera can capture a lot, multiple cameras will edit smoothly together to give your video a finished, professional look. Multiple cameras allow us to better capture all of the faces and close-ups that make your day so special.
Do you use professional editing software?
Yes, we stay up-to-date with the latest digital editing software to provide a professional finish for your wedding in all of our post-production editing. We constantly strive to match our editing styles and techniques to your own unique personality and style.
Do you use wireless microphones?
Yes, we use a high-quality wireless microphone to capture superior quality audio during the ceremony. We will attach the discrete microphone to the groom or to the officiant conducting the ceremony. We use an omnidirectional microphone, which allows us to capture perfect clarity of the bride, groom, and officiant during the ceremony.
When will you arrive and leave?
We generally arrive three hours before the wedding is scheduled to begin to setup our equipment and get acquainted with the facility. We will leave at the end of your coverage hours or when the events of the wedding day have ceased.
How will the videographer(s) be dressed?
Our videographers will dress professionally, generally in subtle black dress clothing to remain unobtrusive and less noticeable. If there is a specific dress code, our videographers will be glad to comply.
Will you be unobtrusive?
We will stay out of the way as much as possible in order to be unobtrusive, while staying just close enough to the action to capture all of the special moments just as you remember them.
Do you have a written contract?
Yes, when you decide to book us for your wedding, you will complete our Wedding Video Agreement to reserve the date. It will help us to gather specific information about your wedding and will outline the services that we will be providing to you.
What if I need more hours than stated on the contract?
Additional hours of coverage are available for $60/hour. If you decide during the event that you would like for us to continue shooting beyond the hours of coverage that are stated in the agreement, you can simply give us verbal consent to do so.
Do you charge for mileage between the wedding and reception sites?
There is no charge for a change in locations between the ceremony and reception for up to 15 miles. If the reception location is more than 15 miles away from the ceremony location, a $50 charge will apply.
What areas/locations do you cover?
Generally speaking, our primary coverage area consists of the entire top half of the State of Georgia. For a quick reference of the main areas in Georgia that we cover, you can view our coverage area map. Listed on the map are the areas included in our coverage area along with the areas that we cover for an additional travel fee.
Do you require a deposit to reserve the date?
Yes, to reserve a specific date with us for your wedding, a 50% deposit is required along with a signed Wedding Video Agreement. You can submit your deposit when you mail your signed agreement, or pay online using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
What are your payment options?
We accept payment by personal check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check. You can also pay online using PayPal, or credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover).
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit. However, if another date can be rescheduled with at least 60 days notice before your originally reserved date, your deposit can be applied if your adjusted date is available.
When is the final payment due?
The full balance is due on or before the date you receive your final DVDs. We will contact you before your video is completely finished so that you will have time to submit your final payment by the time your video is ready to ship.
